Rajni Tekriwal has over 30 years of experience in the legal field. Rajni is also a member of the Canadian Bar Association (CBA), Ontario Bar Association (OBA), Family Lawyers Association (FLA), Association of Family and Conciliation Court (AFCC), South Asian Bar Association (SABA) and the Toronto Lawyers Association (TLA).

Rajni has been actively involved with various other social organizations to serve the community at large. She is currently serving as President of the York Region Law Association (YRLA), which represents 600+ lawyers within the region. She has also recently completed her six-year term as a Board of Director for the Vaughan Chamber of Commerce (VCC), during which she also served as Vice-President.

Rajni has been a guest speaker for several academic, professional and cultural associations. She had also been actively involved as an Executive Board Member of the Indo-Canada Chamber of Commerce (ICCC) and has been on the Board with several other not-for profit organizations.
