Rajni Tekriwal has over 20 years of experience in the legal field. Committed to high ethical and moral standards, Rajni Tekriwal appreciates the legal concerns from varied angles and believes in an in-depth study and grass-root level research to provide the best possible solutions to her clients in the most cost-effective manner.

Rajni has developed an expertise in various legal fields, including Family Law, Corporate Law, Real Estate and Wills and Estates. She takes a practical, solution-oriented approach to the needs of her clients. Understanding the financial and emotional issues that arise in any litigation, Rajni focuses on fighting diligently for the rights of her clients in a cost-effective manner. Rajni also accepts Legal Aid Certificates on behalf of her clients who are facing financial hardship.

Rajni is a skilled negotiator and a strong advocate for her clients. She has great experience navigating complex legal matters through negotiation, mediation, arbitration, and court litigation. Rajni focuses on each client’s unique circumstances to represent their best interests.

Rajni is also a member of the Canadian Bar Association (CBA), Ontario Bar Association (OBA), Family Lawyers Association (FLA), Association of Family and Conciliation Court (AFCC), South Asian Bar Association (SABA) and the Toronto Lawyers Association (TLA) and York Region Law Association (YRLA).

Rajni has been actively involved with various other social organizations to serve the community at large. She currently serves as a Board of Director for the Vaughan Chamber of Commerce (VCC) and is presently involved with its Government Relations Committee as well. She has been invited as a guest speaker by several academic and cultural associations. She had also been actively involved as an Executive Board Member of the Indo-Canada Chamber of Commerce (ICCC) and has been on the board with several other not-for profit organizations.
